Alan works with sellers and developers throughout NYC and is known for his proactive approach to selling real estate. Having sold single-family and multi-family houses, condos & coops throughout Brooklyn, Queens & Manhattan, Alan eventually set his sights on new developments, both rental and condo. Consulting with developers from the earliest stages of development, Alan helps with a project from its infancy, advising on layouts and design, through to the end of the selling or leasing process. Whether it’s a coop in Midwood, a townhouse in Manhattan, or a new development in Williamsburg; Alan works hand in hand with his clients to ensure a smooth and successful experience in which the goal is for everyone to walk away pleased and satisfied.
Alan began his career in real estate right after graduating from Brooklyn College. With a degree in business management and finance, real estate was a natural next step. Starting his real estate career in 2008, Alan was one of the youngest agents in his office. As a motivated worker, Alan was quickly taken under the wing of top-producing agents in the business and taught the ins and outs of selling real estate. He started off working with buyers and tenants, and later switched gears to focus on the listing side of the business.
A born and raised, Brooklynite, Alan currently lives in Marine Park with his wife and children. He is an outdoor enthusiast and loves spending time at his vacation home in the Catskills.
